- AJT sited and designed a state-of-the-art Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and base building to replace existing structures at Kennedy Space Center. The 87-foot tower design incorporates a controller lounge, restrooms, communications equipment room, weather observation station, equipment support area, offices, handicapped-accessible elevator, VIP lounge and press room.

- AJT provided labor, materials, equipment, facilities and other services to perform the design and required analyses for the modification of the Western Range (WR) and Eastern Range (ER) launch complex facilities and support facilities.
Boeing
- Architectural-Engineering (A-E) Services to renovate a Boeing building, Huntsville, AL
- AJT performed mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural design for the renovation of a building at the Boeing Huntsville Plant. The design was in support of the U.S. Army’s Patriot Missile Program.
- Design/Build New Boeing Delta Rocket Manufacturing Facilities, Decatur, AL
- AJT designed and completed the relocation of Boeing’s Patriot Advanced Capability missile facility from Duluth, GA to Huntsville, AL four months ahead of an already accelerated “fast track” schedule. AJT designed and built new manufacturing facilities in Decatur, AL to help the McDonnell-Douglas Corporation, a subsidiary of Boeing, consolidate operations for their Delta II & III rockets.

- AJT performed design reviews as a team member to the Owner’s Authorized Representative (OAR) on several GOAA improvement programs. Projects included the technical review of the East Airfield Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) Facility and the South Terminal Complex, master grading and drainage and airfield paving and lighting package for the Orlando International Airport (OIA). Also the design review for the rehabilitation and improvements to Runway 7-25 at Orlando Executive Airport (OEA).

- Provided multi-discipline design, cost estimates and construction administration for the 160,000 square foot Cessna Citation Service Facility. The project included civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, interior design, landscape architecture, siting, surveying and construction administration.
