Alfredo J. Teran, PrincipalIn 1984, he joined EG&G Florida, a technology goods and services company, where he founded a new division called Engineering and Technical Services (ENTEC) to perform engineering services for commercial aerospace contractors. As vice president and director of this extremely technical and aggressive division of EG&G, Mr. Teran engineered and developed the ground infrastructure to support the massive program.
Mr. Teran founded AJT & Associates in 1988 with three other engineers that had worked for him at ENTEC. Alfredos enviable record of performance has led AJT to thousands of projects, including contracts for NASA and the USAF.
Mr. Terans experience in aerospace engineering directed AJTs initial focus on developing a unique expertise in areas involving air traffic control towers and communications systems, aerospace facilities engineering and design and systems engineering and controls. His extensive knowledge and ability in these fields has solidified AJT as one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in Florida.
Utilizing his background in environmental engineering, Mr. Teran developed proprietary and patented water and wastewater treatment systems, holding 14 patents in the field. His innovative ideas and dedication to their execution has positioned AJT as the industry leader in mobile isolation facilities, mobile labs and medical testing, leading his companys expansion into Europe and Latin America.
